What racking relocation involves

A racking relocation is a single coordinated project covering survey of the existing system, safe dismantling, segregation and inspection of components, transport to the new site, layout design at the new building, reinstallation to SEMA standards and full PUWER sign-off. Done properly it preserves the investment in your existing pallet racking, cantilever, shelving or mezzanine and delivers a fully compliant system in the new location.

SEMA compliant reinstallation and PUWER certificate

On dismantle, every upright, beam, baseplate and brace is visually inspected. Damaged components are quarantined and either replaced or refurbished before reinstall. The new layout is set out to SEMA Code of Practice, floor-fixed to manufacturer specification, fitted with load notices, and signed off with a PUWER certificate covering the entire installed system.
